Junior Achievement of Albania (JAA), was founded in April 2012, with headquarters in Tirana. The organization is a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide and Junior Achievement Europe. JAA is a strategic investment of the Albanian American Foundation for Development (AADF) with the institutional cooperation of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth. Thanks to the cooperation and help of teachers, mentors and business, JAA works every day to:

➤ Narrow the gaps between theoretical and practical learning about entrepreneurship.

➤ Raise awareness and increase knowledge on financial and entrepreneurial competencies.

➤ Develop the culture of self-employment and entrepreneurship of young people.

➤ Help young people to make the right choices for their career
