We are delighted to announce the commencement of the InnoVET for Students training series, marking an exciting new chapter in vocational education and training (VET). These events signifies the beginning of a transformative journey for students of the Construction VET school in Korca as they explore into innovative learning experiences.
In February, we conducted the first two training sessions, laying the foundation for a dynamic and enriching program.
The introductory session was focused on encouraging creativity and fostering innovative thinking among students. Through engaging exercises and collaborative activities, participants explored various techniques for generating and refining ideas, laying the groundwork for entrepreneurial ventures and problem-solving initiatives.
In the second session, students delved into the essential components of building a successful business plan and delivering compelling presentations. From crafting a clear value proposition to mastering effective communication skills, participants gained invaluable insights into the art of entrepreneurship and effective leadership.
These training sessions mark the beginning of an empowering journey for students beneficiaries of the InnoVET program as well as build the foundation for the journey of creating their own first companies. By equipping them with essential skills and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, we aim to empower the next generation of innovators and change-makers.
