During the month of March, 237 teachers participated in a series of accredited trainings focused on student assessment and classroom management. Led by experienced professionals, the trainings offered practical strategies and tools for improving student learning outcomes and creating positive classroom environments.
Participants were introduced to different assessment methods and explored different approaches to classroom management, including building positive relationships with students and dealing with challenging behaviour. The interactive and engaging training received positive feedback, with participants gaining new knowledge and strategies to apply in their classrooms.
Investing in teacher professional development not only improves the quality of education, but also supports student learning and success.
