5 reasons to choose the "Company Program" module
It includes in its curriculum knowledge of business, economics and entrepreneurship. The teaching sessions are built in the form of 12 meetings that the teacher conducts together with the students who have selected this program, theoretically and practically describing the entire path of an entrepreneur: from the initial business idea, to the establishment, operation of the Company, to its liquidation .The meetings create the opportunity for young people to gain knowledge and develop practical skills on: Meeting 1: Leadership and its vision. Meeting 2: Regulation and organization of the company Meeting 3: Market research Meeting 4: Completing a business plan. Meeting of the Board of Directors Meeting 5: Drafting transaction procedures Meeting 6: Preparations for the purchase of materials and the start of the production process Meeting 7: Review of procedures Meeting 8: Effective techniques and strategies for selling products Meeting 9: Production follows and sale Meeting 10: Register of liquidities Meeting 11: Annual Report Meeting 12: Liquidation of the company
FACTS:
Since 2011 that this module was applied in secondary schools in Albania, the number of young people who have acquired knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship through it has been increasing.
On average, every academic year, around 4,000 young people in Albania benefit directly from the development of the module as part of the learning process.
140 teachers in public and private secondary schools have been trained by JA of Albania to provide qualitative knowledge to students.
In 10 years, about 600 Student Companies set up by the students themselves have been involved in trainings, Regional Fairs and activities developed by JAA outside the learning process, which aimed to deepen the knowledge gained and create the conditions for young people to take the steps of looking towards entrepreneurship.
Mentors, drawn from the business community at the instigation of JAA, have supported established companies on the path to success.
In 10 years, 274 Student Companies have continued their journey further by being involved in the fantastic experience of National Fairs and Competitions conducted by JAA.
10 Student Companies in these 10 years, winners of the National Competition of Student Companies, have represented Albania in the Competitions at the European level developed by JA Europe.

The Fair and the National Competition of the Students' Company The selection of the "Students' Company" Program at school paves the way for another educational and developmental journey, as also challenging for young people in secondary education schools. Every year JA of Albania gives the opportunity to Student Associations established within the educational process to become part of the National Fair and Competition of Student Companies. The National Fair and Competition of Student Companies Students is part of the ongoing commitment of Junior Achievement and the Albanian-American Foundation for Development to support the financial education of young people in Albania in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Sports, both through JA subject modules and extracurricular activities.
