During the March-April period, 2 trainings related to the Student Company 2022 took place, with students and teachers from 4 different regions of Albania.
About 120 students from 40 different schools from Shkodra, Peshkopia, Kukësi, Burreli, Durrës, Kavaja, Elbasani, Librazhdi, Prrenjasi, Korça, Fieri, Gramshi, Kuçova, Gjirokastra, Tepelena, Memaliaj and Saranda were familiarized with the structure of the Report, as one of the main instruments that shows the students' progress throughout the year, but also gained more knowledge on Presentation and Effective Communication to further elaborate their entrepreneurial ideas.
The JA Company program offers students the opportunity to learn how to move a business idea from concept to reality. By challenging them to solve a problem in their community through a business venture, the Student Company Program unleashes their entrepreneurial and creative spirit.
During the academic year, the students but also the JA teachers are constantly supported with trainings that help them achieve the most complete entrepreneurship experience in the program.
In parallel, 30 teachers were trained on PMIEF about Project Management, including all stages from the creation of the idea, the launch and all the steps that must be followed for its development and completion. 58 Companies will continue their journey with the Regional Fairs of "Students' Company 2022" that will take place during the month of May 2022.
