During the November-March period, three key training sessions were held for the Student Company Program, with the participation of over 200 students from 96 companies. Two of them were conducted online, while one was held in person, providing essential skills in entrepreneurship and project management.
1. Design Thinking – First Training (Online)
This training was dedicated to students in the Student Company Program and aimed to develop clear and sustainable business ideas. Participants learned how to analyze market needs, adapt entrepreneurial ideas, and create innovative solutions to business challenges.
2. Project Management – Second Training (Online)
This session focused on planning and implementing startup projects, covering SMART objectives, time and cost management, and the AGILE methodology. Students learned how to mitigate risks and manage their projects efficiently.
3. Report Writing – Third Training (In-Person)
Participants were trained on the structure of a professional report, including company description, vision, mission, finances, and marketing strategies. They worked in teams to analyze and adapt information to fit their business needs.
These training sessions helped young people develop essential skills in entrepreneurship, project management, and professional documentation. Through their dedication, they not only gained new knowledge but also improved collaboration, communication, and organization. This marks an important step toward their success in the business world!
