On April 18, 2025, the Junior UP 4.0 Selection Bootcamp was successfully held—a dynamic and engaging day dedicated to selecting the participating startups for the fourth edition of the Junior UP incubation program, implemented by Junior Achievement of Albania.
During this intensive day, participants pitched their startup ideas before a panel of mentors and professionals from various fields, who provided practical guidance and valuable feedback on the development of their business models. The bootcamp aimed to identify the most prepared teams to move forward into the next phase of the program—through personalized mentoring and tailored support.
Following the evaluation process, 13 startups were selected to enter the six-week incubation phase:
