Teachers are the key to quality education, and Junior Achievement Albania is empowering them through accredited training programs that bring innovative practices into the classroom. From November 2024 to February 2025, three major training sessions were held to help teachers enhance their methods and inspire the next generation of young leaders.
🟢 "Building Teams in Adolescence" – November 22-23, 2024
Adolescence is a challenging period for building successful teams, but this training provided 13 teachers with practical strategies to encourage collaboration and leadership among students.
🟢 "Student Company Program" – Tirana, December 13-14, 2024
How can a student-led organization be effectively managed within a school? This was the main topic of the training, where 19 teachers learned concrete techniques to help young people develop entrepreneurial and organizational skills.
🟢 "Leader for a Day" – February 7-8, 2025
How can students be inspired to take responsibility and think like leaders? This training, attended by 11 teachers, focused on developing leadership skills that can positively impact students’ futures.
By investing in teacher training, Junior Achievement Albania aims to create a more dynamic education system and support educators in preparing young people for the challenges of the modern world.
