Junior Achievement Albania, in partnership with the VETpreneur project, is excited to invite CSOs focused on VET and social entrepreneurship from Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina to apply for a 10-day EntreComp-based job shadowing program in Cyprus!
This EU-funded mobility program provides a unique international learning experience for management staff of CSOs working in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. Participants will gain entrepreneurial and management competences, explore best practices in VET innovation, and build strategic networks across Europe.
π What is the EntreComp-Based Job Shadowing Program?
The EntreComp (Entrepreneurship Competence Framework) is a key tool in developing entrepreneurial skills in education. This mobility program focuses on equipping CSO management staff with skills to enhance their organizationsβ impact and sustainability in VET.
Participants will engage in:

Study visits to leading VET organizations, social enterprises & incubators
β
Workshops on entrepreneurial education & management strategies
β
Job-shadowing opportunities with experts in the VET sector
β
Networking & collaboration with international peers
β
Hands-on activities in social & green entrepreneurship
By participating, CSO representatives will develop new strategies for integrating entrepreneurial education into VET, gain European-level insights, and enhance their organizationβs capabilities.
π Who Can Apply?
π CSOs focused on VET and social entrepreneurship from Albania, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina
π Each CSO can nominate 2 representatives from their management or teaching staff
π Selection Criteria:
β Must be management or teaching staff at an adult VET center
β Aged 18-64 and enrolled in a VET program
β English proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced)
β Clear motivation & strategic alignment with the CSOβs development goals
β Priority given to CSOs in rural or underdeveloped areas
