The JA Alumni Europe 2023 Conference, held in the city of Vilnius, Lithuania, on August 23 - 27, was a dynamic and inspiring event that brought together over 150 alumni from across the continent. With the theme "One Big Network", the conference highlighted the transformative potential of networking in the world of business and entrepreneurship. From different countries of Europe, young alumni gathered to share their experiences, knowledge and dreams. Among the participants were four alumni of JA Albania, for whom the event connected their past experiences with future opportunities, offering new knowledge through interactions with peers with different experiences. A key moment was the evaluation of Irena Matraku, an alumna of JA Albania, as FERD'S List Honoree for her extraordinary entrepreneurial journey.
