On February 25, 2025, an important training was held in Tirana as part of the VETpreneur project, with the participation of 13 teachers from vocational schools. This activity aimed to empower teachers with knowledge and practical tools to integrate entrepreneurship as a key competency in Vocational Education and Training (VET).
VETpreneur is a project funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program (Capacity Building in VET), covering the period from January 2023 to December 2025. It aims to support vocational education in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro by promoting the exchange of experiences with counterparts from EU countries.
This networking event, organized in Tirana, focused on using the EntreComp framework, which helps develop entrepreneurial competencies among students and adults in the VET sector. Participants had the opportunity to explore new teaching strategies, develop innovative entrepreneurial labs, and create training packages for Trainer Training.
This activity is an important step in strengthening the capacities of VET teachers and preparing young people with skills that enable them to create new opportunities in the labor market.
